Yvokia Davidson the WINNER of the Bailey Agency’s School of Fashion 40s & Up category is the wife to Dr. Marcus Davidson the pastor of New Mount Olive Baptist church with an over 10,000 member congregation in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Religion and a Master of Arts degree in Human Services Counseling with a concentration in Life Coaching from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Yvokia is an avid personal fitness trainer and aerobics instructor and with a desire to help transform lives for healthy living, she started her own fitness business, YD Fit. Yvokia is a Nationally Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Step Instructor, and currently pursuing Primary Nutrition certification. She teaches Aerobics at the New Mount Olive Baptist Church and she currently serves as the SE Regional Coordinator for the “Gift of Life Campaign,” an entity of the Office of Disaster Management of the National Baptist Convention USA, Inc. and in conjunction with the American Red Cross. In that capacity, she serves eight states in an effort to raise awareness for giving blood to save lives. She currently serves as Chaplin for the Fort Lauderdale Chapter Silhouettes. She is a member of the Links Incorporated, Fort Lauderdale Chapter and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, Zeta Rho Omega Chapter of Fort Lauderdale. She is also a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.

Yvokia is employed by Levy & Associates as a Legal Plan Document Specialist. She enjoys reading, traveling, working with children, and spending time with her loving husband and her little princess Layla. She is a devoted wife and mother whose life goal is to please God and serve humanity with the whole of her being.

Most recently, Yvokia ran across a competition by Cynthia Bailey’s (Real Housewives of Atlanta) modeling agency (The Bailey Agency School of Fashion) and submitted to the 40s & Up photo contest and out of thousands of submissions; Yvokia’s photo was the first place winner.  At the age of 46 Yvokia is in the prime of her life.  With a very active schedule she continues to pursue her dreams and aspirations.  She shows no signs of slowing down any time soon!
