In spite of the dreary, dark clouds that loomed over the Magic City, a large number of local residents turned-out to Pepper’s Place this morning for the produce market. Pepper’s Place produce market provided a wide variety of fresh vegetables and fruits to residents grown by local Alabama farmers. This is an event well needed in the Magic City to raise awareness of proper nutrition and health risks. In addition to produce vendors, other vendors were available to sale various clothing, pottery, and art merchandise.
