MCR went to Legion Field yesterday to attend the opening night of the Universoul Circus. This year marks the Universoul Circus’s 25th anniversary. Over the last couple of years, the circus has grown and seems to be flourishing in a specialized and difficult entertainment market. As it currently stands, Universoul Circus is the only African American circus owned and operating in the U.S.

Over the last couple of years, Universoul Circus has been unable to stop in the Magic City due to high schedule demands. Needless to say, boys and girls of all ages were very happy and excited to see the circus here in Birmingham.  MCR would like to thank Universoul Circus for allowing us to be a part of your opening night in the Magic City.
