Zumba is back at Railroad Park!
The class is sponsored by Blue Cross and Blue Shield from March- October and it’s an excellent way to get in shape!
So what is Zumba? Zumba is a Latin inspired fitness program that combines muscle conditioning, cardio, flexibility and balance. Do you have to know how to dance? No! Zumba is a calorie burning, fun and effective workout.
This class is perfect for all levels because you get to set your own pace. Low as well as high intensity is mixed together to make one amazing dance fitness party.
Torrie Chatman is one of the Zumba instructors for the 2016 season. Class is every Wednesday at 6 pm and is free to attend.
